As some of you know, ActiveTech is changing locations and merging operations with Solarbotics. The retail store is going to take the space where the former RnD lab was, and we've been working hard to prepare that area for the move-in.

We know we don't have anything directly related to RoboSapiens (other than gear motors), but as we're tight with Mr. Tilden, and he's the father of BEAM technology, it's always worthwhile to report useful bits about him.

BEP Application: Servocore Walker
The following instructions detail how to build a Servocore walker. A Servocore walker differs from a regular walker by utilizing the internal electronics in unmodified servos, which give position feedback from the motor in the servo. This position feedback allows for very long stride lengths without the use of mechanical stops or springs.
