The Solarbotics Web Team Needs Beta Test...

We've got a shiny new revision of our website on the horizon, and we want to hear from you, our finest scallywags and loyal customers. So before all the new bits go live, we're planning to do a closed beta test running the span of September. We're looking for 20-30 testers to help us run through the site and nail down any last minute bugs. And, of course, we'd love to hear any suggestions you might have to help improve the work we've done.

We wouldn't want the help and hard work to go unnoticed, though, so there *might* just be something nifty at the end for those of you who help us out. So if you're interested in lending a hand and providing some constructive feedback/criticism, shoot an email to it@solarbotics.com with the subject “Beta Tester”. If you're selected, you'll receive an email confirming you're in, along with a password to access the new site.

Circuit: Lightstorm

Some of you may have found the LightStorm Pummers that Mark Tilden has made using some neat looking plastics. We've built our own variation of the circuit, which is a dark-activated, quad-bicore pseudo-random chaos generated, dual pummer circuit.
