Last year I helped Mrs. Corbett's Grade 5 class build robots and we had a blast (see a review here http://www.aasland.com/hcrd.html). Well, this year we are doing it again. We're building SYMETS with 10 year olds ..lots-o-fun ! The web page (in-progress) is already up at http://www.mairs.org/hcrd2k2.html . Wheee! They're here - the new RW2!
We've just got in our newly-machined RW2 hubs & tires - and they're better! Instead of the old 1/8" axle hole that didn't quite fit the GM11a-14a series correctly (they were too loose), these new ones fit perfectly with their 3mm hole!
New Front End!
The new updated front-end for Solarbotics.com is up! Those who had problems before with Netscape browsers, and the slow upload time is alleviated! As well there are new features, and easier to use functions. Check them all out. If you experience any problems please report them to the Webmaster
