Here's something to take a boo at a workshop by Tom Mair and a Grade-5 class. From his message to the BEAM mailing list:
Last year I helped Mrs. Corbett's Grade 5 class build robots and we had a blast (see a review here http://www.aasland.com/hcrd.html). Well, this year we are doing it again. New TINY Pogo Pin Probes
We had some requests for some really, really small Pogo Push Pin Probes (Hmmm...shoulda named them PPPPs...). Anyway, here's the PP8s and the PPH2, which are the "short" version of the PP8 and the necessary holder to mount them. If you have really tight spaces you need to test, these are the probes you'll need!

Finally got them through the Pick and Place machine, tested, and ready to go. Check out the blue and green versions! (We're still kicking around a VU-type Greeeeen/Yel/RED version too.
