Solarbotics workshop at the Robothon

Solarbotics will be back at the Seattle Robothon September 24 and 25, hosting a workshop building our Sumovore mini-sumo robot kit, and a beta kit - the Herbie Photovore!

We had a lot of fun doing it last year, and many builders went on to compete the next day in the competition. And for the robot-builder amateur, we're introducing a beta kit of our upcoming "Herbie" photovore kit, which is a simple, speedy, battery-powered light-seeking robot guaranteed to please!

We're planning on only 20 seats, so pre-register sooner than later, and we'll contact you with full details! Even if you don't want to attend the workshop, come out to the Robothon - it's free, and a great event.

Solarbotics WCRG mini-sumo workshop

The night before WCRG, and all through the office, not a creature was stirring...except two dozen mini-sumo robots - AAAHH! Thanks to Alberta Printed Circuits, we were able to sponsor a mini-sumo workshop to build 24 robots to compete in the next day's Western Canadian Robot Games.
