Solarbotics Ltd. is now a distributor of Sherline Machine Tool Products , and to inaugurate this arrangement, Solarbotics and Sherline are teaming up to bring a 5400 Mill package to the Western Canadian Robot Games for fundraising! We're providing the WCRG with this excellent high-quality mill ($921 CDN / $650 USD Retail) to use as a prize for a fund-raising event. This will most likely be a silent auction, so if you've ever wanted one of these, come to the games April 6 & 7, see it in action (we'll be demonstrating all weekend), and place your bid!

BEP Application: Turbot
The Turbot is a member of the Scophthalmidae family of flatfish and is almost completely circular. Turbot is often found partially buried in the seabed in sand, gravel, rocks and sediment. Its fat content varies, but it usually contains roughly 1 gram of omega-3 fatty acids per 100g fillet. Barring advances in genetic engineering, we will not be building that kind of Turbot. Wheee! They're here - the new RW2!
We've just got in our newly-machined RW2 hubs & tires - and they're better! Instead of the old 1/8" axle hole that didn't quite fit the GM11a-14a series correctly (they were too loose), these new ones fit perfectly with their 3mm hole!
