It seems the lucky goons at Pololu have had a series of low-friction casters made from a 3D printer. This means it’s got some pretty nice design points, and with a 1/2″ metal ball, it offers a nice, low-friction ride at a height of 0.53″ to 0.72″
The kit features black ABS housing, a 1/2″ diameter ball, and two spacers (1/16″ & 1/8″ thick), and a pair of #2 nut/bolt sets.
