Vancouver Mini Maker FaireSo, as usual, we have some new product Friday goodness, but first we have a few questions for you to answer.

Do you live in, around, or near Vancouver? Do you like weird and fantastical projects? Do you consider yourself a DIY type of person? Do you own a Space Armadillo named Norm, that you can ride around the rings of Saturn?

If you answered 'yes' to some of those questions (except for the last one, because let's face it, you have far more awesome things to be doing than to keep reading this news post), then you should go and check out the Vancouver Mini Maker Faire that's taking place next weekend on June 23rd and 24th. Solarbotics will be in attendance as well, and it looks like we'll be showing off some of our standard bots, some new gadgets, and running a small Arduino/ARDX workshop. So if you're in the area, swing on by to say hello. We promise you won't be disappointed - last year's show was spectacular, and this one looks like it'll be even better.

Now, on with the show!

Here is a 2-pin, 2mm pitch JST connector which is commonly used throughout the hobby industry, use it where a connector is missing or needed to mate to female connection.
2oz Weatherproof Diffused Plastic Jar w/ Cap 2oz Weatherproof Diffused Plastic Jar w/ Cap

$5.50
This enclosure is a tough, waterproof design which is great for all kinds of outdoor electronics projects!

And that about sums it all up. Have a good weekend everyone. Hopefully the rush-hour traffic will be kind to you. Unless, of course, you happen to have Norm on hand. In which case, you probably won't have a care in the world.
