New Product Return Policy

We've been having our usual post-Christmas trickle of product returns (for free support), and we're noting more-than-usual levels of incomplete paperwork on the parcels. If proper paperwork isn't done, the shipping company tries to bill us for customs and duties on the products that have already been paid.

This leads us to a new policy that if any product is to be returned to us, you must get in touch with us first (email, phone, whatever) for proper documentation instructions, otherwise the parcel will be returned unopened.

Terribly sorry about this, as we want you to be happy with your Solarbotics purchase with as little problems as possible. We hope that the reasons for this new policy are clear enough.
