In my recent wanderings in the world of overly-cheerful financial advise, I stumbled upon this budgeting theory that says that to feel comfortable about your moneys, or lack thereof, you gotta be living on your last month's earnings. Let's leave out the question of how anyone would pull it off, and just say that I applied this theory to writing these product posts, so there's a bit of a buffer in case we don't have the time to create something on short notice. The Turbot is a member of the Scophthalmidae family of flatfish and is almost completely circular. Turbot is often found partially buried in the seabed in sand, gravel, rocks and sediment. Its fat content varies, but it usually contains roughly 1 gram of omega-3 fatty acids per 100g fillet. Barring advances in genetic engineering, we will not be building that kind of Turbot.
