Holiday Closure

Harold Ilano built this SW2.2 / VBug inspired 5 motor walker named "Tank", and just recently announced it on the BEAM mailing list. It's a very effective and quick device - nicely done, and well worth a look-see. It still impresses me what we can do without a microcontroller...

If you've been having any problem whatsoever with our online orderform, would you be so kind to fire us a quick message about it? We're trying to isolate a problem we're hearing about, but cannot reproduce, especially with the final "submit" button. A copy/paste of the error message to us would be greatly appreciated...

Finally got them through the Pick and Place machine, tested, and ready to go. Check out the blue and green versions! (We're still kicking around a VU-type Greeeeen/Yel/RED version too. Not exactly relevant to BEAM, but an interesting distraction: Here's some interesting media from the San Francisco Exploratorium. Notable media to watch is their "Iron Science Teacher" competition (familiar with "The Iron Chef? Same idea...), and their hosting of Robot Sumo Wrestling.
