This Small 7-key 38 kHz Infrared Remote Control is great for wirelessly controlling or communicating with all kinds of electronic projects.

Description [Hide]

DIY enthusiasts? This 7-key remote control is a great item for you. This product allows you to remote control the devices you want, such as volume or power control in amplifier application, movement control of curtains, brightness, color and power control of lights, etc. Use an Infrared Remote Decoder Module (SKU:52220) to receive and transmit the data of the keys to a processor (like PC, MCU) on which you can write new programs to redefine the keys’ functions. The process is made even easier because the corresponding hexadecimal value of each key are provided below.

This remote control utilizes NEC IR encoding protocol on a 38kHz carrier frequency. You may refer to the manual for details of the NEC protocol. This remote control is small in size and easy-to-use with only 7 keys. Its smooth rounded shape fits perfectly in your hand for natural, balanced operation, and it even slides nicely into your pocket. It includes seven dome keys which are sensitive and durable.
