Description [Hide]

The robustness of the affordable Raspberry Pi board kit is awesome, pair that with the parts to make a robot and you are well on your way to having an epic creation. Solder this through-hole kit together and once assembled interface this board to the GPIO header on the Raspberry Pi and take advantage of features such as: dual bi-directional motor controllers, two open collector outputs, two switch inputs, and a pair of status LEDs.

Not only can the RaspiRobot board give you the parts for many useful features but it can also power the Pi without having to use the micro-USB port. Insert a 7-12VDC battery or external power source into the onboard barrel jack and the included Voltage regulator will bring the voltage down to a stable 5VDC for you.

Load up a Python library module on the Pi which will makes it easy to interface with the robot hardware from your software on the Pi. Create a robot with web access or machine learning using the linux operating system and Python code.
