Detecting temperature changes has never been easier. Well, you can poke your nose outside and make a guess, but how accurate is that?

The MCP9700 is a thermistor temperature sensor that outputs 10mV per °C. For example, it outputs 0.5V at 0°C, and 0.75V at 25°C. This is a simple measurement to convert using any microcontrollers analog-to-digital function.

Being a LilyPad module, it's designed to be sewn into clothing. Measure body and ambient temperature, and have it toggle on your self-designed personal air-conditioning unit!
