Description [Hide]

The PICAXE-18 Project Board is a compact (just 2-1/2 x 2") circuit board for 18-pin PICAXE ICs (sold separately). It features a ULN2803A high current output driver(included) capable of driving 800 mA of current on each of its' 4 channels. This is ideal for driving motors, relays, lamps and other high current loads that cannot be handled by the PICAXE alone.

The board also features a reset button and a programming connector so that PICAXE chips can be programmed on-board.

This board comes fully assembled.

Note: To begin programing using this board you need:

  • An 18-pin PICAXE chip (Like the 18A or 18X)
  • PICAXE Download Cable (Serial or USB)
