Each Darlington driver can control 500 mA (600 mA peak surge) at up to 50 Volts.

Description [Hide]

Each Darlington driver can control 500 mA (600 mA peak surge) at up to 50 Volts. Suppression diodes are built-in, making the ULN2803 ideal for driving inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, and small motors. The ULN2803 can be connected directly to an I/O pin of any microcontroller.

Features Include :

  • Eight Darlingtons per package.
  • Output current 500ma per driver (600ma peak)
  • Output voltage 50v
  • Integrated suppression diodes for inductive loads
  • Outputs can be paralleled for higher current ttl/cmos/pmos/dtl compatible inputs
  • Inputs pinned opposite outputs to simplify layout
