The 25LC640 is a 64 Kbit (8 bits x 8192) SPI compatible Serial EEPROM. The 25LC640 is a general purpose SPI EEPROM that interfaces nicely with the BASIC Stamps, Stamp Stacks, and PICs. Just over 2000 8-Bit values can be stored in one of these which makes it a good choice for data logging and similar applications.
